In the Settings window, select the Turn off Windows Defender Firewall checkbox both in private and public network settings. Click the Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off tab on the left pane. Type Windows defender in the search box and select Windows Defender Firewall form the best match. Press the Windows Key + R, appwiz.cpl and then press Enter. Download a fresh copy of Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime from here and then install it. Select each entry and then click Uninstall. Locate the Microsoft Visual C++ programs in the list.
